Refunds for travel bookings are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, or tour operators. We assist clients with refund requests, but final decisions rest with the provider. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
3. Visa Processing and International Institutions
Visa application fees paid to embassies, consulates, universities, or professional institutions are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. Our service fees are also non-refundable once processing has begun.
4. Overpayments and Duplicate Transactions
Any accidental duplicate or excess payment will be fully refunded within 14 working days after verification.
5. Client Cancellations
If a client cancels before processing starts, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative costs. No refunds will be made after documents are submitted to embassies, institutions, or providers.
6. Services Involving International Institutions
For services like admissions, scholarships, or certifications, fees paid to institutions follow their policies. Our consultancy fee remains non-refundable once processing begins.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days. International refunds may take longer depending on banks or service providers.
8. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Unsuccessful visa applications.
- Client’s failure to provide documents.
- Third-party delays or force majeure events.
- Services already delivered partially or in full.
